Community Standards Rules & Regulations Committee was disbanded due to lack of support by the General Manager Buddy Hudson.

Chairman of the Standards Committee Rene Sparrow called meeting to order August 22, 2012 at 8:00p.m.
Public member Diane Porterfield, Liason Jack Watson in attendance. Secretary Teresa Davis was unexpectedly unable to attend. She asked Rene Sparrow to be her proxy.
1. Old Business
a. House at 404 Plum Hollow had trash in the yard. Some has been moved but the Standards Committee put it on their agenda to check to see if it has been handled.
b. There was a motor home and utility trailer on the road on Diamondhead Drive. Decided that was a police matter for blocking right of way. Has been handled.
a. Utility trailer at a house on the golf course. Neighbor has complained that it needs a screen because it can be seen from the golf course. Standards Committee to investigate.
b. As you come in front entrance, there are trees that need to be trimmed on both sides. Standards Committee feels these should be kept up better.
c. Fence in the front entrance needs repair.
d. Standards Committee discussed picking a “house of the month” to recognize those with nice yards. We will come up with a sign to acknowledge them.
