            Meeting began with a presentation by Nominating Committee member, Bob Jones.  Bob proposed changes to the written procedures to reflect actual alterations that have been implemented:

• No Ballot Box will be available in the POA office.
• All Ballots will be sent to a 3^rd party / Accounting Firm in the envelope provided.
• Last day to apply for a Board position is April 30^th
• Anyone interested in running for the Board should obtain a copy of the By-Laws, Bill of Assurance & the Ethics Statement.

Agenda Meeting Jan. 16, 2014

Meeting opened with a slide show presentation by Jimmy Weber extolling the merits of DISK GOLF.  Jimmy is the Chairman of the Architectural Committee and a member of the Long Range Planning Committee.  Together with the encouragement of the Youth Committee / Kathy DeVilbiss, made this new and exciting sport a real possibility for Diamondhead.

Disk Golf

Jimmy Weber made an excellent presentation to the DH Board of Directors during the Agenda Meeting, Jan. 16th, 2013.

"As a DH resident, I thought this conceptual idea might be of interest to the DH Community.  The space utilized is common ground and the total cost would be paid for by the DH LIONS CLUB and the DH Youth Committee. Total cost of about $ 3000.00 + upkeep.  Free to all DH Residents.  Disc Golf a popular sport gaining in enthusiasm."  Jimmy Weber
