Everything looks good! Except it won't be me out there. It will be Dr. J our mobile vet. Also wellness exam is not free, there will not be a charge if they only get the rabies vaccine but the exam will be brief with that. However if they get all their yearly shots and/or worm checks it will be charged as a preventative medicine exam which is $18. Which is discounted from a regular 41$ office exam.
