(1) The addressees to this email were obviously NOT participants to this illegal action.
(2) The DPOA Board is required to vote on such action; no legal vote has been taken.
(3) In order to vote, there must be a Board meeting.
(4) According to the DPOA By-Laws, not less than three (3) days notice to each director and notice of a special meeting shall be posted in conspicuous places in the community in order to notify property owners of the meeting.
(5) In the event of a law suit, the DPOA should not be held liable for actions illegally taken by these board members. If such a case is filed, the DPOA attorney should not be allowed to defend them at POA expense.
(6) My knowledge of this situation is strictly rumor, since there has been no official action legally taken by the board.
