Ohio Street needed to be moved. This work has already been done. It will be an even swap of property between DRC and the POA. A new plat of Diamondhead will be drawn up.

BILL OF ASSURANCE - Regarding Sign Issue



DIAMONDHEAD REVISED BILL OF ASSURANCE
Effective July 1, 1997
5.  NUISANCE:
"No signs, billboards, posters or advertising devices shall at any time be placed on any lot without the written permission of the Grantor, its successors or assigns."

The issue of "For Sale" signs was brought up at last evening's Town Meeting.

Jack Plumlee [Riveria Utilities, and employee of Lee Young/Developer] has made it clear that no "For Sale" signs will be placed on any vacant lots.  "This is a moot point."

A complete copy of Diamondhead's Bill of Assurance has been added to The Committee Report under the Committee Pages, on the Right Side column

Treasurer's Report:  Terry Shipp reported for Tom Lockette on the Financial Highlights:  Our revenues are up considerably... I'm sure this is from special effort going into the 19th Hole with special meals.  ...In time I think we are going to turn ourselves around here because we are getting more revenues at the 19th Hole and more play at the golf course.
