Lots for sale
For Sale: Two Diamondhead side-by-side lots with plenty of trees. Lot E0861 is 87.67' (front-north), 202.38' (west), 201.35' (mid line between lots - east), and 75.00' (back-south). Lot E0862 is 81.40' (front-north), 201.35' (mid line between lots -west), 196.14' (east), and 70.00' (back- south). The 201.35' boundary is one in the same line. There is sufficient room there to build a house on each lot or a larger one in the middle. The back of the lot is steep and butts up against a finger of Lake Catherine. We liked the steep drop at the back because it would not allow anyone to boat up to the backyard. There is a public boat ramp about 1/8 mile from the lots. There has been on perk test because Diamondhead has its own modified sewer system through Riveria Utilities of Arkansas. The lots are on a paved road called Mornigside Drive. $15,000 for both lots. My name is Brigitte Morehead. I live on 171 between Malvern and Diamonhead with my husband and daughter. Last year I mentioned to my husband that I wanted some chickens. He is the sort of person who is an over achiever!! Instead of some chickens I have ended up with about 60 last count. We have a constant supply of fresh brown eggs. The chickens are laying around 2 dozen a day average. To shorten the story I have eggs for sell and have put up signs (you may have seen them) on 171. I have one lady in Diamondhead that buys 2 dozen eggs every week. Is it possible to post on your blog regarding the eggs for sale?
