Architectural Control Committee Meeting Minutes

ACC Meeting  September 11, 2017 Diamondhead Library

Dave opened the meeting at 9:56 am.

Attendance: Sharon Carr, John Porter, Steve Hildebrand, Dana Olivier.

Dave turned the floor over to Margie from Blue Moon Const. Margie passed out the plot plan, contractor list, elevation drawings and floor plan for a new home on Lakewood Pt. The committee reviewed the plans and Margie answered all questions. The roof color came into question and Margie later called the POA office and left the information with Jeanie. Roof color was compliant. Committee passed unanimously.

The regularly scheduled September Board meeting was moved to October 5^th due to a lack of quorum.

Meeting was opened by President Gary Pritsch at 7: pm.  The August Board minutes were unanimously approved as read.
