There is one last question: what does the developer's Environmental Impact Statement look like? This type of thing would be required for something of the magnitude of the Family Fun Center, especially since all this property is adjacent to a lake and State/Federal Lands. You can probably get the Environmental Impact Statement from the County or they can direct you to the right people.
