| Proposal for purchase of Pro Shop merchandise. |

This Special Board meeting was held last evening, 5-30-12. The purpose was to determine whether or not to purchase the merchandise in the Pro Shop, owned by Dennis Calderon. An offer of $12,000 (40% of retail price) was made and accepted. Range balls, washer & baskets was also purchased in exchange for 2 / 1 year golf memberships. Contracts will be signed today, 5-31-12.

The meeting that was scheduled for June 7th has been canceled since the Pro Shop business has been taken care of. Next Board meeting will be the regularly scheduled Agenda meeting on June 14th.

The Marque out front says there is a Special Board Meeting on Wednesday night @ 7:pm
Subject will be the Pro Shop.
