2. Citizen Concern:  Diamondhead Community News Report / Blog – presented by Jeannie Zdziarski
3. Statement of Conduct for 19^th Hole Patrons & Diamondhead employees: presented by the Security Committee – Chairman Jerry McAnear
4. Police Department equipment quotes for purchases.
5. Social Committee:  Request for funding of a ‘Welcome to Diamondhead’ Social scheduled for Dec. 8^th --$500.00.
6. An offer to provide all bulk printing for DH in exchange for golf privileges:  Member Lee Wheelington
7. Board Statement:  The Blog is an “unofficial website”, not sanctioned by the DPOA  Board of Directors.
8. Code of Ethics Statement:  Director John Porter
9. Cart Barn has a roof leak:  3 bids required
10. Great Room / Banquet Room air conditioners:  3 maintenance-bids required
11. Welcome Committee: Request for Gift Certificates to the 19^th Hole to add to ‘welcome baskets’.  Kathy DeVilbiss
12. Youth Committee:  Youth Room update:  Director Diane Jones / liaison
13. Committee Chairs & Liaisons:  Requirement to submit minutes to the Board for all committee meetings;  Expenditure approvals for all committee budgets.
14. Motion sensor lights & cameras for the Cart Barn:  Director Rick Noffsinger
