New gate system is being researched / Slide gate vs. Lift Arm system. The first bid for a slide gate is $27,000 /
includes full options that may not be needed. Committee is waiting for a 2nd
bid to come in.

Legal Issue:
Ensminger Case has been
dismissed. Jerry Chambliss & Cindy
Nelson have one year to re-file.
Collections: POA office has collected $15,500 from DRC and
$2,850 from Carlton
collection agency since January 1st à present.

allowed in DH due to the adoption of the Arkansas Traffic Rules
Lions Club
Presentation / Hiking Trails: DH
does not own the ‘right of way’ under the Power Lines. Hiking trails are no longer an issue for
discussion.
NEW BUSINESS
Storage Room: The Youth, Social & Beautification
committees have been given permission to begins plans for the use of a storage
area near the golf carts.
POS System upgrade: The Board has approved the purchase of a POS Window’s
upgrade.
Golf Course
Irrigation: $8,472 approved
Golf Fee Increase:
An increase in Membership fees as approved during the Board meeting. Family membership went up $100.00, Single
membership went up $50.00.
19th Hole: Grease trap problem has not, yet, been
resolved.
Golf Marshall -
volunteers requested … will receive 9 holes of free golf.
18th Hole
Culver: This recently replaced culvert is sinking due to excessive rain. Discussion involved the possibility of
turning this expense of $6-8,000.00 into a New Hazard for the course.
Special Assessment: The 2015-16 Budget was approved with the
increase of revenue of $80,000 expected.
This assessment was approved during the Board meeting.
- $100 assessment for homeowners
- $15 assessment for lot owners
- Director Sharon Carr voted against this motion
Foreclosures: Foreclosures have begun on Delinquent Home
