Diamondhead Men’s 4-Ball Tournament

Cost $250 per Team

Two Men Best Ball format.

Saturday Tee times…Sunday shotgun start.

Prizes awarded for top 4 teams in each flight.

Number of Flights to be determined by number of entrants.

Qualifying Scores for 4-Ball event can be turned in anytime during the week of the Tournament but must be turned in no later than Friday before 4:30 pm. If you bring your own cart there is no charge for the qualifying round but if you choose to use one of the clubs carts you will be charged cart fee only.

Horse Race Friday 5-20-11.

Format will be a 2 man scramble

Rules for Horse Race and how to qualify.

We will have a chip off starting at 1:30pm - 3:30pm. The cost is $5.00 for 3 balls and you try as many times that you want to. You will chip toward a pin location that the judges has selected. The closest 10 teams will be qualified for the Horse Race that will start at 4:30pm. One team will be eliminated per hole until the final two teams are decided and they will play heads up until winner is determined. Payout for 1st and 2nd place

Friday Night Social starting at 6:30pm. Hamburgers, Hotdogs and finger foods will be served for you and your significant other at 8:00pm.

Calcutta After Dinner

Flights and Tee times will be selected and posted Friday Night for Saturdays Round.

Saturday Afternoon we will have a putting contest starting at 5:30pm set up on the putting green by the 19th Hole. The cost for this is $5.00per person and you can try as many times as you like. Winner to be awarded at Saturday Night Dinner.

Saturday Night Social starting at 6:00 and Dinner for you and your significant other at 7:00pm and Dance will start at 7:30pm - 11:30pm. Tee times for Sundays round will be announced at the Dinner.

There will be a 1, 2 rule in effect during the tournament that is drawn after everyone has came in on Sunday. If we draw a 1 you will be flighted on the score from Saturday. If we draw a 2 you will be flighted on the score from Sunday’s round. We feel like this is the best way to cut back on sandbagging. With everyone not knowing what day they will be flighted on, it will make them play hard both days and scores will be more consistent.

This will be one of the Biggest and Best 4-Ball events in the State of Arkansas. So everyone is encouraged to get your entry forms in as soon as possible so you don’t get left out.

All official rules for the Tournament will be given out and announced at Friday nights social event. If for some reason there is a dispute, 4-Ball committee chairmen will have the FINAL decision in all matters concerning Tournament.
