Diane,
Ensminger filed against me for no less than $75,000 in October 2010 and I was served papers on March 28, 2011. Our attorney petitioned the courts requesting Cindy be included as an "Intervener."
This man, Ensminger, will not leave us alone. Not only does he try to murder us one year and one day ago, 21 July, 2010, now we are going to be dragged through the courts by him.
Cindy and I have no option, none, but to counter sue Ensminger and name DHPOA as a third party.
There is no other way out of this nightmare other than thru the courts.
We will be filing soon.
