The Diamondhead POA Board met on Thursday, Dec. 6^th at 6:pm for open discussion regarding various needs of the Community.  This meeting is open to the community members to listen.

Topics Discussed:

1. Golf Cart needs / Proposal for purchase or lease of new carts
2. Future Financial Concerns / Ideas

Agenda Meeting ~ 7:pm
The following items will be agenda items for the next Town Meeting:

Jeanne Zdziarski presented the Board with information concerning the use of signs on the buildings used by the POA members and guests; Club House, POA Office, 19^th Hole, & Police Department.

Dwayne Mountain explained the need for proper ‘incentives’ to be used in collecting property owner’s dues each year.

Treasurer Tom Moore will report on the separation of POA & Committee Funds for better accountability.

New police car is in operation.  A report will be given regarding the cost involved.

Bob Jones will give a report on the repairs needed for the roads.

 
Golf Carts Issue will be discussed and options presented to the Board for approval.

Financial Concerns:  Treasurer Tom Moore will have the accurate financial statements available for review after Dec. 15^th. 

 

By-Laws Committee Chairman is John Cummings

Note:  No Financial information has been available for review of the Finance Committee or the POA Board members.  With the Christmas Holiday drawing near, it will be necessary to postpone the next Town & Board meeting until January.

• The Board will receive a copy of the financial statements as soon as they arrive.
• The Finance Committee will review the financial statements on Dec. 18^th. 
• Next Board Work Shop will be Jan. 3, 2013
