First order of Business:  Directors Larry Hibbs & John Cummings were sworn in as Board members.

List of announcements since the last Board meeting:

• It was announced that Buddy Hudson (GM), Candy (office personnel) & Beth (19^th Hole personnel) are no longer employed by DH.
• Accountant Neal Graves has been hired to work in the POA office 3 days per week.
• Stove repaired for #210.00
• Pump at #3 green broke à $850-1,000 cost
• 2 inch Water pipe #2 green burst
• Air conditioning power unit replaced #600.00
• Back Hoe $6700.00
• Unemployment Audit completed
• 6 inch water main break at St. Andrews
• New Carpet in the 19^th Hole
• Bartered with golf course privileges

• Exercise Program “Strong Women / Men” 
• ACC / Light House Cove & Mystic Shores being brought under DH jurisdiction
• Public Safety Com.
• Handicap parking
• Police cruser / handicap parking area
• Handicap Bath Room toilet seat

• Golf cart restrictions to licensed drivers / resolution

Faye Taylor relayed information from (years) past Board meetings regarding protesting from various groups.

President Suzzi Combs read the proposed resolution passed by the Public Safety Committee and presented to the present Board of Directors:

“Where as there has been a question of the application of certain Arkansas State laws and:

Where as these issues need to be addressed for clarification of current and future concerns:

Therefore be it resolved that all laws enacted by a national, state or county authorized assembly shall apply to and thereby be enforced as relating to all activities, information and records within the gated community know as Diamondhead Community, including but not limited to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Arkansas Horizontal Property Act., Arkansas Model Business corporation Act and all other Arkansas Laws, acts, statutes, decrees and rulings that may apply to and affect Property Owner Associations and gated communities within the boundary of the state of Arkansas and/or established Counties.

This resolution shall become effective immediately.”

Suzzi Combs stated that the resolution will be presented to the DPOA attorney (Jonathon Jones) for a ruling.
The current Public Safety Committee was declared "defunct".
