until next month to allow the Town time to know about this action. Motion passed with John Porter opposed à

John Cummings made a motion to table the ‘Tennis Court ’ idea explained and promoted
by Steven Hildebrand / Youth Committee.
John Cummings would like to hear from the community regarding this plan. Does anyone use the Tennis Court to actually play tennis?
Collection Policy submitted by GM James Turner and passed
unanimously by the Board
- An issue regarding “When / How do you foreclose on a lien?” was discussed.
- By-Laws Article VI Sec. 2, c – Duties of the Board
- By-Laws Article XI states “…shall foreclose the lien.” Emphasis on the word “shall” was noted. GM Turner will discuss this issue with Attorney Jonathon Jones.
- The Board expressed the POA’s intent NOT to own property.
