AT YOUR OWN RISK, PERSONAL FIREWORKS MAY ONLY BE SHOT OFF ON YOUR PRIVATE PROPERTY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW. NO FIREWORKS WILL BE ALLOWED ON DPOA PROPERTY OR COMMON GROUND.
