Diamondhead Public Website / Suzzi Combs - Realtor

In a continuing effort to upgrade the Diamondhead website, we have contracted with a company from Little Rock to do a new video.  The residence having fun and enjoying our community is the centerpiece.  Please read the attachment and send a note, or phone call to Allan Magee (amagee@wletc.com  501-520-9201)  or Suzzi Combs (suzzicombs@yahoo.com 501-282-1016) if you would be willing to participate or have more constructive ideas to promote Diamondhead.

WHY CHOOSE DIAMONDHEAD?
Things we want to highlight:
1)      Proximity to Little Rock and Hot Springs- Would be nice if we could interview a businessman or someone who either commutes to Little Rock daily or Lives in Hot Springs. (Would also be nice to get some shots of Little Rock and/or Hot Springs to edit in the video)
2)      Lake Catherine- Could interview people at the marina or someone who owns a boat or who enjoys fishing. Would be nice to get some B-roll of people on a boat (skiing, jet skiing, etc) and/or fishing.
3)      Lake Catherine State Park- nature and outdoor type shots.  If the fishing/boating couple could also talk about the Park that would be great.
4)      Golf- Have a group of guys at the Club House discussing the golf course (see ArkansasSports360.com article where Diamondhead was voted Best Golf Course). Also talking about activities within the community (clubs, events, etc)- Show b-roll of restaurant, food, friendliness amongst neighbors at the club.
5)      Types of Residents- would be nice to interview a young family with kids and then an elderly retired couple. Show b-roll of amenities within Diamondhead (pool, playground- could we have kids playing at a certain time?) and discuss the safety and way of life at Diamondhead
6)      On this topic- should we interview a police or fireman or should we just capture some b-roll of them and edit in when residents talk about it…
7)      Types of Homes and Building Lots For sale- Maybe interview a realtor or developer talking about property types (Lake front, Vista View, Golf Homes, Green Homes) and price of living in Diamondhead compared to national average. Would be great if we could do a quick tour of the Green Home and have a realtor (or Alan) talking about the features of Blue Moon Bay.
