Board Meeting ~ Executive Session

Update:  As scheduled, Jonathon Jones met with Sarah Dawson and 4 Board members for a Question & Answer session tonight, Jan. 4th.

President Noffingser has scheduled an Executive session for Wednesday, 6:30 pm, January 4, 2012 for the purpose of electing a board member to replace Betts Winsor due to her resignation. To date John Porter and Katherine Denow are the only ones who have committed for nomination.

He has also arranged to have GM Sarah Dawson and Atty. John Jones available for a Board Q & A session.
