Agenda Meeting – Thursday, October 16th, 2014

The meeting opened with calendar dates set for Town & Board meetings for the month of November:
November 13th à Agenda Meeting @ 7:pm
November 20th à Town Meeting @ 6:pm
November 20th à Board Meeting @ 7:pm

A Liaison change has been made.  Diane Jones is now the Social Committee Liaison and JoAnn Rhodes is the Beautification Committee Liaison.

Police Radios:  Director Larry Hibbs reported that the Wild-Life Committee has given $1,500 toward the cost of the police radios.  The radios have been installed and are in working order.

Political Signage:  Director JoAnn Rhodes expressed her opinion that political signs should be allowed.  President Mary Pracht stated the Grantor / DRC’s statement.

The Fore Seasons golf club has donated (72) glassware to the 19th Hole.

Line of Credit:  Treasurer John Porter stated that a ‘Line of Credit’ is not needed at this time.  The bank has been notified that DH will ‘let it lapse’, not renew their line of credit.

19th Hole financial concern has been added back into the Financial Budget.  An amended version of the 2014-15 Budget has passed the Finance committee with the ($44,500.00) expense reflected.

Golf Revenue:  Treasurer John Porter explained that golf revenue expenses are ‘Fixed’.  An increase is golf course use will offset that expense, increasing total revenue.

Water Pressure:  Treasurer John Porter would like to see the water pressure in DH improved.

Front Fountain is currently being painted a ‘taupe’ color.

Parking Lot / Fire lane:  Vice President Ken Benck stated that the Club House parking area will be painted to define the Fire lane with yellow strips.  Cars are not to park in the fire lane.
