The Diamondhead Comunity should know the facts instead of hearsay.
Fact: The Hot Springs Sentinal Record printed the police report of Officer Joshua Cannon the arresting officer in this case. The police report left out alot of information and nonfactual comments.
Fact: Garland County
My wife for Drinking in Public and Disorderly conduct.
Fact: They were arrested inside our clubhouse when they were cleaning up from the Karaoke event for Drinking in Public.
Fact: Arkansas
Fact: Our clubhouse is a facility licensed to sell liquor by the drink.
Hearsay: They were arrested for the fight that occured on the parking lot and my wife was arrested for cussing out the police officers and making a scene and a public disturbance in the clubhouse and that there was underage kids drinking that night.
Fact: The only charges at the time of arrest was Drinking in public on all 3 of them.
Fact: In the processing room of the Sheriff's office the officer told Cendy if she didn't shut the F##k up he would give her more charges. She was still pleading at that time that she hadn't done anything and to please let her go and the handcuffs were killing her wrist. He in turn gave her the disorderly conduct and resisting arrest charge and later dropped the resisting arrest charge and there was no bond.
Fact: The statement of Officer Joel Tyner Diamondhead Police Chief witnessed the Garland County Deputy use abusive language towards my wife yelling at her to shut the F##K up in the parking lot.
Fact: Officer Joel Tyner and 8 other witnesses that was there made a statement that at no time did they witness my wife use abusive language towards the Garland County Policeman. Her exact words was help me Joel please help me I've done nothing wrong, Byron please don't let them do this to me.
Fact: The officer in question put bruises and fingerprints all over my wifes body. Her leg from her knee to her ankle, her shoulders, her back, her hip, her neck, and her wrist using excessive force. We have all the pictures and Officer Tyner has seen all of these pictures. and will attest that this is true.
Fact: When the board met they did not get the whole truth about the occurence in question and delivered a suspension without knowing the whole truth.
Fact: People love to gossip not knowing the whole truth and want to believe the bad in people. Instead of the good in people and what we have tried to do for the community since we have been here.
Fact: In this great country of ours people is still innocent until proven guilty. In this case it will be proved beyond a doubt that my wife is innocent so don't please don't jump on the hearsay side of this occurance because you will be on the wrong side in the end.
