The Lakeside High School Golf Team won their Conference Titles at Hot Springs CC Tuesday and are headed to the State Tournament next week. Under Coach Smith(a Diamondhead resident) they have had a great success in the past and we wish them good luck next week. Both the Girls and the Boys teams prevailed Tuesday in the conference championship.
Three kids from Diamondhead won all conference honors. They were Austin Pierce a senior, Cade Freeland a Freshman on the boys side and Natalie Renaud on the Girls side won all conference honors. If y'all see them around this week tell how proud we are to have them represent Diamondhead and Lakeside. These kids worked hard over the past year to keep these teams on top and need an encouraging word.
