4/27, is the Garland County Drug Disposal Day
You
can take any medicine that you wish to get rid of to the Garland County Fair
Grounds between 10 am & 2 pm or
if
you wish to drop your "dead drugs" off here at Diamondhead, we will have a
collection point between 10 am and noon at the Santa House. You can just drive
by and leave your medicines.
This
is an annual service of the Garland County Sheriffs Department and keeps
unwanted items out of land fills, or keeps them from being flushed into the
water table.
