President Suzzi Combs welcomed all to the Town Meeting. 

Department managers gave information:

• Golf Shop – Donnie Donihue:  Business is about to pick up.  Daffodil Tournament
• POA Office – Angela Coldeway:  Annual fees have been coming in better than previous years.
• Golf Course Maintenance – Eddie Gilbreth:  The crew is finished with the road clean-up.  Volunteers are asked to come forward to finish needed areas of the roads.  Eddie’s crew will be needed on the golf course.  Equipment failure & limited employees (5) were noted.
• Pool – Lyn Noffsinger:  Pool is being prepared for the summer season
• 19^th Hole – Josh (?):  Revenue & expense numbers were quoted.  New cook added.
• Police – Joel Tyner:  April / received twenty (20) calls. Roadway violations:  5 pulled over for speeding, 10 warnings, 5 cars turned away at the gate.

Treasurer’s Report – Tom Moore:  A discovery was made by John Porter regarding the lease of a piece of equipment that does not exist.  This lease has been paid by the DPOA for the past 3 years – totaling $39,000.  The money has been reimbursed to DPOA.

Finance Report:

Committee Reports:  Each of the committees has been asked to submit the information they would like posted.  The following committees responded:

• ACC – Jack Watson: The ACC is requesting that anyone who is going to do any construction or modifications to their home and are unsure whether or not a permit is required to get a permit application from the POA office. The permit should have their contact information and a brief description of the anticipated work. The ACC committee will review the application and inform the property owner whether or not a permit will be required. If a permit is required then all items will be required as outlined in the ACC Regulations manual.

• Public Safety Committee – Jerry McAnear:  Public Safety Committee minutes are available on the Members Only Page.  For access, send your Lot # to Diane Porterfield
• Nomination Committee – Rick Noffsinger:  There will be five (5) candidates running for the 3 positions on the Board of Directors.  These candidates are:
• Jerry McAnear
• Christy Gieringer
• Mary Pracht
• Diane Jones
• Suzzi Combs

• Wild Life Committee – Rick Noffsinger:  10 coyotes have been killed in Diamondhead.  Noted: there are still more.

Security – Buddy Hudson:  “Operation – Secure Diamondhead” Proposal has been presented to the Board.  A request has been made for a copy of this proposal.  The following is the understanding of Board member Diane Porterfield. This proposal is scheduled to be voted on during the Board meeting of Thursday, April 25^th.

• Yearly Sticker for all vehicles / golf carts / motorcycles / etc.- $10.00
• Gate Card - $20.00
• Remote access (clicker) - $35.00
• May be reactivated each year - $15.00
• Service Vehicles – weekly / monthly charge (?)
