Workshop started at 7:pm and lasted until 9:24pm  Two topics were discussed:

• Security Gate fees
• Golf membership fees

These topics will be voted on during the Board meeting Thursday, April 25.

1. Security Gate Fees Proposal is as follows [each year]: 
• Stickers for all moving vehicles = $10.00
• Gate Cards = $10.00
• Remote ~ 1^st time purchase = $35.00

                                                               i.      Each year re activation fee of $10.00

 

2. Golf membership fees Proposal:

·        Raise current fees by $150.00

·        Management will have the authority to assign Membership Benefits

At the close of the meeting Candidate for the Board & current President Suzzi Combs stated that she was "offended" by Blog Editor Diane Porterfield’s posting of "What do you think?".  (Click to view)
