Treasurer Tom Moore made the following statement:
            To the Board of Directors Diamondhead POA;
I am writing this letter to inform you that I will not be placing my name in nomination for another term as Treasurer during the annual meeting in August.  I thank you all for your faith and support during the past year, however, it has become apparent to me that I am not able to deliver on the Treasurer’s obligation to provide timely financial statements to the community as you have every right to expect.
As you all know, John Porter is as qualified as I am, if not more so, to serve in this capacity and has expressed that he is willing and able to make the time commitment the position currently requires.
I hope you all will join me in supporting him when we elect officers, I will make every effort to make the transition as smooth as possible for the new Treasurer, whoever it may be, and will certainly be available for any projects down the road as the new Treasurer deems appropriate.
Thank You,
Tom Moore
