To start, this was the most honest election count I have witnessed in DH.

The accounting firm did not assist in the count. The representative came in with a box of envelops,gave it to Bob Jones and left.
It was stated at the start of the count that write in votes do not count but were recorded and announced any way (ruling by our attorney).
