Up-date 5-19-11
At this moment, Resort does not plan on extending our cable system into Diamondhead.  If we do decide to build our cable system into Diamondhead then it will certainly not be in 2011.  We will review the feasibility of constructing new cable plant into Diamondhead and decide this year if it is a project we are interested in 2012.

Chuck E. Launius
Vice President and General Manager
Resort Television Cable; Inc.
*Candidates Night will be Thursday, June 16th / Town Meeting.
* Suggestion that all signs around the club house should match.
*Eddie’s Crew would like to purchase a lawnmower for the common grounds.
*A street sweeper was purchased last month. A street roller will be needed in the future at a cost between 8 -9 thousand dollars.
*Sales Tax Issue has been resolved… discussion regarding the $5,000.00 paid for attorney fees.
*Owners of Commercial Truck were told not to bring truck inside DH. Discussion arose regarding complaint notices turned into the Front Office. Mary Pracht stated that the management should be confronting these obvious infractions of the Community Standards. Other Board members said home owners need to complain about it first. (?)
*Charles Wood told of the Police Department Standards document that Chief Joel Tyner has rewritten / cut down in size. This document will need to be approved of by the Board.

A member of Eddie’s Crew, Ron Smart, died Thursday, May 5th, while working here in Diamondhead. Mr. Smart started work 2 weeks ago to service the Pool and Common areas.
Another member of Eddie’s Crew, Michael Crail, was discharged from the hospital yesterday, and will be back to work in a week.
